TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing SKT Solutions PTY LTD for your service needs. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Connectivity:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their Phone/Connecting device is compatible, up-to-date and working with Android Auto and Apple Carplay. SKT Solutions staff are NOT phone experts. If the customers Phone/Connecting device dose not work correctly and our staff phone dose there may be additional charges above the quoted price regardless of the outcome.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made without a 48-hour notice may result in incurring a fee.
For cancellations made after our arrival at the designated address, a callout fee will be applied.
Products already purchased will have a 25% restocking fee.
3. Payment:
Full payment is expected upon completion of the work, unless a prior payment arrangement has been made.
4. Returns Policy:
Replace or repair only for faulty products that was supplied by SKT Solutions.
Requests for faulty products must be submitted to Support@SKTSolutions.com.au within 7 days of purchase
We do not offer refunds or returns for damaged, clearly used, or held-for-over-14-days goods, or for changes of mind. Additionally, issues arising from vehicles, properties, or devices not supplied by SKT Solutions Pty Ltd are not eligible for refund or return.
5. Ownership:
All items, their attachments and what they are attached to remain / become the property of SKT Solutions Pty Ltd until both parts and labour are paid for in full.

6. Customer Responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to:
A. Secure or remove all fragile and highly breakable items to prevent accidental damage during service provision.
B. Remove and refit any child/baby seat in the vehicle to facilitate unobstructed and safe equipment installation. Please note, we are not qualified to fit child/baby seats and do not accept responsibility for refitting them if removed.
C. Ensure that the vehicle's battery is in good working order.
D. Provide a safe working location for our team.
E. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their Phone/Connecting device is compatible, up-to-date and working with Android Auto and Apple Carplay. SKT Solutions staff are NOT phone experts. If the customers Phone/Connecting device dose not work correctly and our staff phone dose there may be additional charges above the quoted price regardless of the outcome.
7. Obstruction Fee:
In the event we are unable to perform services due to obstruction of access to the vehicle, an added obstruction fee of $65 may be charged, regardless of the full scope of services performed.
8. Feedback:
We value your feedback and encourage you to communicate any concerns or issues regarding our services promptly via email at Support@SKTSolutions.com.au
9. Reporting Damage or Issues:
Any breakage, damage, or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours from the date the services/products are provided via Support@SKTSolutions.com.au
10. Respect for Staff:
SKT Solutions staff must be treated with respect at all times. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff may result in immediate termination of services and departure from the onsite premises. Regardless of the level of completion and the customer will still be liable for costs.
11. Removed head units and equipment:
If taken SKT Solutions will store the removed item/s for 7 days. At that time SKT Solutions will assume ownership and deal with it in the appropriate manner.
12. Liability or responsibility
SKT Solutions dose not authorize anyone one or business to look at our work without our knowledge or consent and or any of our work to be tampered with or to be modified. As we are the installers, then we must provide the labour. If you or anyone else work on our work, this is done at your own expense and cannot be claimed. At that time the owner waivers their rights and releases SKT Solutions from any liability or responsibility.
13. Liability:
SKT Solutions takes no responsibility for any existing issues or damage to vehicles or properties. While we take utmost care with every vehicle and property, we do not accept liability for damage due to disassembly / assembly / installation process.
